Courta is a brand of Courta Tiles Pty Ltd (ABN 19 696 865 666), registered in Victoria, Australia. We supply DIY residential sports court tiles via courta.com.au.

“Courta”, “we”, “us” refers to Courta Tiles Pty Ltd. “You” refers to the customer.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order: Orders are offers to purchase and are not confirmed until we send confirmation. We may cancel orders before dispatch.

Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. All transactions are in AUD.

Cancellation: Contact us immediately. Once dispatched, our Refund Policy applies.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated. Prices may change without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding.

Availability is not guaranteed. If stock becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery areas: Currently Victoria only. No PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Timeframes: Estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Risk & title: Risk passes on delivery. Ownership passes after full payment.

Failed delivery: Re-delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to customer circumstances.

6. Product information

We aim for accurate product descriptions, but errors may occur.

Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. Minor variation between batches is normal.

You are responsible for ensuring product suitability. Contact us if unsure.

Installation must follow guidelines. We are not liable for improper installation outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss;
• Loss of profit or revenue;
• Misuse of products;
• Events outside our control.
