Everything you need to know about how we deliver your court tiles — from lead times to kerbside drop-offs.

At a glance

• Free delivery*: Included in all kit prices across Melbourne Metro and Regional Victoria.
• Kerbside drop-off: Delivered by freight on a pallet. The driver lowers it to ground level.
• Metro delivery: Most metro orders arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch, excluding production lead time.
• Lead time: Courta imports to order. Current lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to Melbourne Metro and Regional Victoria. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Delivery zone eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

We’re expanding to all Australian states shortly. If you’re interstate and would like a quote, email us at hello@courta.com.au, and we’ll manually calculate shipping costs for your location.

Lead time

Courta tiles are imported to order. Our current lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation.

If you have a specific deadline, such as a birthday or event, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on timing.

Delivery requirements

Court tile kits are delivered on a pallet by a tail-lift truck. Please ensure:

• Someone is home to accept the delivery.
• There is clear access to your driveway or the front of the property for a large truck; and
• You understand deliveries are kerbside only — the driver will lower the pallet to ground level but will not carry tiles to a specific location on your property.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to circumstances within your control, such as no one being available or an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
